Rt. 47 Lanes Closed In South Jersey Friday Morning: DOT

VINELAND, NJ -An equipment issue in South Jersey has prompted commuting delays in the area Friday morning, authorities said.

As of 6:35 a.m., there’s an equipment malfunction on Route 47 in both directions at CR 540/Park Avenue in Vineland, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation.

All lanes are currently closed and detoured, the agency said. It was not immediately clear what kind of malfunction was the issue.
