"We commend Surrogate Hudak and his officer for creating an opportunity that allows couples to celebrate marriages in an inclusive and welcoming way, while ensuring County services remain accessible to all," said newly sworn-in County Commissioners Chair Joseph C. Bodek.

Beginning in 2025, couples have been afforded the opportunity to have a ceremony officiated by Hudak at no charge. Ceremonies are usually held at the Warinanco Sports Center in Roselle.
