WESTFIELD, NJ — The site of a standalone office building in Westfield will be transformed into a swim instruction facility in 2026

According to real estate advising firm NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. (NAIDB), the property at 325 North Avenue E. was sold for $2.215 million to 25 Taylor Holding LLC.

The developer plans to create a new Swim Quest recreational facility on the grounds to provide lessons to children of all ages.

NAIDB said the location was attractive to developers based largely on its potential for visibility in an area with a 16,000 vehicle-count per day measurement of traffic, and the on-site parking lot.

"This is one of the most desirable locations in the area," said NAIDB Vice President Richard Goski of the 9,700 square-foot building.
