Sayreville Construction Site Vandalized, State Police Seek Tips
Heavy machinery was used to "significantly damage" a new retaining wall at a construction site in Sayreville, police said.
SAYREVILLE, NJ - New Jersey State Police are seeking the public’s help identifying those responsible for a “large-scale” act of vandalism at a construction site in Sayreville, authorities said.
The vandalism occurred at the Ashland Construction Project on Cheesesquake Road on Jan. 6 between 3 and 5 a.m., police said.
“Heavy machinery was used to significantly damage a new retaining wall that borders the intersection of South Minisink and Cheesequake Road,” state police added.
