Restaurant, Microbrewery Coming Next To Old Bridge Hampton Inn On Rt. 9

OLD BRIDGE, NJ — A new restaurant, with a microbrewery inside, was approved by the Old Bridge Planning Board to be built next to the Hampton Inn on Rt. 9 at Spring Valley Road.

Bridal suites and an event space will be on the second floor.

A new 9,790-square-foot-square foot building will be built next to the hotel; the first floor will house the restaurant and the brewery and the second floor will have event space and two bridal suites. The building will be called the Hampton Inn Conference Center.

The Old Bridge Planning Board approved this at their Nov. 2025 meeting. The developer is Hook Mountain Associates; you can read the site plans they had to submit to the Township.

It will open in the next 18 to 24 months, reported NJ.com, which was the first to report the news.
