Today in Woodbridge: Yoga Workshop, Senior Groups, BOE

1. A free yoga class will be offered at 4:30 p.m. today, Wednesday, Sept. 18 at Parker Press Park as part of the Woodbridge Farmers Market.

"DeStress Yoga" is open to participants of all ages. Participants are asked to bring a beach towel or a yoga mat to practice on. Comfort & Balance wellness center of Sewaren will run the session.

2. A free rabies clinic will be held from 6-8 p.m. tonight at the Woodbridge Health Center, 2 George Frederick Plaza.

3. Have a drink and meet some new people at the Woodbridge Chamber of Commerce's networking event at Houlihan's. The event begins at 5:30 p.m. tonight. Admission is $15 for chamber members, $25 for non-members. 

4. Woodbridge seniors are invited to the Community Center for a Jewelry and Knitting Group from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. and Mahjongg from 1-3 p.m. Both groups are free and open to the public.

5. The Woodbridge Board of Education will hold a meeting at 6 p.m. tonight at Avenel Middle School, 85 Woodbine Ave., Avenel. To view the agenda, click here.
