War of the Worlds, Popsicles in the Park this Week in Woodbridge
A quick look at some of the events scheduled this week in Woodbridge Township.
1. Join the MOMS Club of Woodbridge from 10:30 a.m.-noon on Tuesday, Sept. 24 for "Popsicles in the Park," an open house about the club for Woodbridge moms.
2. Ease into Halloween season with Raconteur Radio's performance of "War of the Worlds" at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 25 at the Barron Arts Center, 582 Rahway Ave. in Woodbridge. Admission is free, but reservations are requested.
3. Need a job? A job fair will take place at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 25 at the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel, located in Raritan Center in Edison.
4. Spend Saturday morning at a fundraiser for Catholic Charities and get a bit more swimming in before the cold weather. MRESC Family & Friends Day will take place at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 28 at The Aquatics & Fitness Center, 333 Cheesequake Road, Parlin.
5. Consider getting your bike tunes up this week: the Tour de Woodbridge kicks off on Sunday morning.
