WOODBRIDGE, NJ - Three Woodbridge police officers were honored by the department in a Thursday statement after rescuing a man from a vehicle fire earlier this month, authorities said.
Shortly before midnight on Jan. 13, Woodbridge police officers Edward Parfitt, Randal Bisset and Zack Manente pulled the man, whose identity was not made public, from a burning vehicle following a crash in town, police said.
The crash, which left the man unconscious, rendered the victim unable to remove himself from the vehicle, Woodbridge police said.
