Woodbridge Restaurant Now Open For Dinner, Too

WOODBRIDGE, NJ — A Colonia restaurant that opened in 2018 and was long breakfast-and-lunch-only is now serving dinner, on Friday nights.

Duke is the head chef, and said he cultivated a love of cooking growing up in Haiti alongside their mother and five siblings. He says those family dishes laid the foundation for him to become a professional chef, having trained at New York City's Mark Hotel, which was named by Travel + Leisure as the #1 City Hotel in The continental United States, and was at the James Beard House.

"A good chef cooks food; a great chef tells a story," said Estime. "We prepare savory dishes designed to engage all your senses. We have a lot of supporters that come out to dine with us throughout New Jersey, not just from Woodbridge. Our food is made to order and we only use the best ingredients from our local farmers' markets."
