Woodbridge's Kona Grill Host Halloween Costume Contest, Boozy Brunch

WOODBRIDGE, NJ — Looking for a way to celebrate adult Halloween? Kona Grill on Rt. 1 in Woodbridge will host Boos & Booze Brunch on Saturday, Oct. 28 and Sunday, Oct. 29.

They'll have a live DJ play Halloween-themed music that weekend, plus a Costume Contest all weekend long. To enter, guests must take a static photo or reel to post to their Instagram page, use location tag, tag @konagrill and hashtag #KonaGrillCostume Contest. The winner will receive a $250 gift card.

New fall drinks and food this October at Kona Grill include: Pumpkin Mocha Martini, made with Pumpkin Spice Rumchata, New Amsterdam Vodka, Owen’s Nitro Infused Espresso, Crème de Cacao and Pumpkin Pie Spice.

Or try their new Pumpkin Spice Old Fashioned, incorporating Maker’s Mark Bourbon, Monin Pumpkin Spice Syrup, Orange, Luxardo Cherry and Angostura bitters, a perfect pair with the Pumpkin Lobster Ravioli, served with sauteed asparagus and topped with a lobster cream sauce + charred shitake mushrooms.

For dessert, they have classic Pumpkin Pie topped with whipped cream, pepitas, caramel sauce, cinnamon and orange zest.
