2 Arrested On Drug-Related Charges After Wyckoff Traffic Stop: PD

2 people were arrested after the driver could not stay in his lane, police said.

WYCKOFF, NJ — Two people were arrested on drug-related charged after a traffic stop on Route 208 recently, police said.

Jason Russio, 29, of Montvale, and Matthew Kramer, 30, of Nyack, New York, were arrested after Officer Robert Schlossberg saw a blue Hyundai on Route 208, said Lt. Joseph Soto. The vehicle had difficultly staying in a lane and was stopped, he said.

Police investigated and Russio and Kramer were arrested, police said.

Russio was charged with three counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of narcotics paraphernalia, and possession of hypodermic needles, Soto said. He was turned over to the Bergen County Sheriff's Office.

Kramer was charged with four counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of narcotics paraphernalia, and possession of hypodermic needles, Soto said. He was also issued motor vehicle summonses for failure to maintain a lane and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle. He was released pending a court date, Soto said.
