Kimchi Smoke Chef Is Coming To Franklin Lakes
Robert Austin Cho will bring his signature Texas Korean barbecue to Franklin Lakes, along with some new items.
FRANKLIN LAKES, NJ — Chef Robert Austin Cho is bringing his famed Korean-Texas barbecue to the township next month.
Cho will be a guest chef at Naru Sushi and Hibachi on Franklin Avenue from 5 to 9:30 p.m. on June 6.
Cho will showcase new items during his time at Naru, including: the Austin Cail Roll: Smoked brisket, avocado, rice, bourbon chipotle sauce, remoulade, and scallions. There is also the Erik Chostada: Smoked Brisket, cheddar cheese, a sunny side up egg, bourbon chiptole sauce, and powered sugar on crispy tortillas.

Cho's famous Korean barbecue ribs will be there to purchase and Naru's signature Texas Korean barbecue.
