Wyckoff Board of Health Sponsors 'Coping with Loss and Change' Jan. 13

The panel will focus on issues such as bereavement and grief, job loss, divorce, empty nest and unexpected life changes.

The Wyckoff Board of Health will hold a program titled “Coping with Loss and Change,” where a panel of experts will address coping skills and resilience, on Tuesday, January 13, 2015 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the lower level of the Wyckoff YMCA, located at 691 Wyckoff Avenue.

Panelists Monica Dhingra, MD Psychiatrist of the Christian Health Care Counseling Center, Rev. James Knol, LCSW Director of the Christian Health Care Center Pastoral Care Department, and Rev. Louis Kilgore, Pastor of High Mountain Presbyterian Church will focus on issues such as:

  • bereavement and grief
  • job loss
  • divorce
  • empty nest
  • unexpected life changes
