Wyckoff Police Arrest Man for Grabbing Wife by The Face
The wife sustained minor injuries.
A Hawthorne man was arrested on Christmas Eve after allegedly grabbing his wife by the face.
Wyckoff Police responded to Rt. 208 at 9:47 p.m. “to investigate a domestic violence incident in a car between husband and wife,” Wyckoff Police Chief Benjamin C. Fox said.
Police determined that a 46-year-old Hawthorne man, who was intoxicated and was a passenger in the car, grabbed his wife’s face and caused minor injuries during an argument.

He was arrested and charged with assault and released in his own recognizance.
