
The following is a police blotter from the Wyckoff Police Department:
- On Jan. 13, Wyckoff Police investigated a domestic violence complaint between a 20-year-old woman and her 58-year-old mother and determined that during an argument, the mother had struck her daughter in the face, causing an injury. The mother was arrested and charged with assault and was released in her own recognizance. She will appear in municipal court.
- On Jan. 14, a Ho-Ho-Kus woman reported that she had shopped in a store in the Boulder Run Shopping Center and left her purse in the shopping cart after loading groceries from the cart into her car. She returned a short time later and discovered that her purse had been found but was missing $150 cash. Surveillance tapes are being reviewed as part of the investigation.
