WYCKOFF, NJ — Don't let this news stop you from enjoying the remainder of the summer, but the first bell of the 2019-20 school year is about a week away.
Here are some key dates for the upcoming school year:
- First day of school: Sept. 3
- Rosh Hashanah: Sept. 30
- Yom Kippur: Oct. 9
- Minimum Day: Oct. 14
- Conference/No School: Nov. 4
- Minimum Day: Nov. 5-6
- No School/NJEA Conference: Nov. 7-8
- Thanksgiving break: Single Session Nov. 27, off Nov. 28-29
- Winter break: Dec. 23 to Jan. 1
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day, school closed: Jan. 20
- Winter Break: Feb. 17-21
- Minimum Day: March 9
- Spring Break: April 6-10
- Minimum Day: May 4
- Memorial Day, School Closed: May 25
- Minimum Days: June 18-19
- Single Session/Last Day of School: June 22
Noting these dates are good way to prepare for going back to school. But don't forget the school supplies.
