4th Of July 2024 Grocery Store Hours: Stop & Shop, Walmart & Others

NEW YORK — Costco warehouse stores in New York will be closed on the 4th of July, but many grocery stores will be open for at least limited hours on Thursday for customers who want to pick up last-minute Independence Day cookout and party supplies.

As always, call ahead to make sure local stores are open. Pharmacies within these stores may have different operating hours, so if you need a prescription filled, it’s a good idea to take care of that before the holiday or call ahead to confirm hours.
