City School District Of Albany: Wrapping Up An Outstanding Boys' Basketball Season

Although the Albany High School boys’ basketball season didn’t end the way coach Sean Brown and his student-athletes wanted it to in the Section 2 Class AA semifinals Tuesday night in Glens Falls, the Falcons can look back proudly on an outstanding season.

• The first trip to the Class AA Final Four since 2011.
• The most wins (16) in more than two decades. 
• The first Suburban Council Gray Division championship.
• And, for prolific senior Isaiah Austin, the first member of the boys’ team to score 1,000 career points in 19 years.
