Astoria Man Went Missing From His Home At Night, Police Say

ASTORIA, QUEENS — Police are searching for a man who they say went missing from his home on Wednesday evening.

James Kunkel, 47, was last seen around 9:00 p.m. Wednesday Aug. 4 at his home located at 26-46 2nd Street in Astoria, said the NYPD.

Kunkel was still missing on Thursday morning, police reported.

He was described by the NYPD as 5-feet, 3-inches tall and 125 pounds. He has brown eyes and brown hair, and was last seen wearing a t-shirt, shorts, and sneakers.
