Astoria Woman Missing For At Least The Third Time This Year
Stephanie Cordero hasn't been seen since visiting an NYC hospital this week. This is at least the 3rd time that she's gone missing in 2021.

ASTORIA, QUEENS — Police are asking for help finding an Astoria woman who went missing this week for at least the third time this year.
Stephanie Cordero, 39, lives in Astoria on 20-15 24th Street. On Tuesday evening, around 7:00 p.m., she was seen at NYC Health and Hospitals/Coney Island at 2601 Ocean Parkway.
Cordero hasn't been missing since, said police, who were looking for her as of Dec. 8th.

This is at least the third time that Cordero has gone missing in 2021, following an incident in Feb. where she went missing for more than two weeks, and another time in Sept. when she went missing for several days.
Police described her as 5 feet, 6 inches tall and 180 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. She was last seen wearing a black dress, black shoes, and a pink coat.

The NYPD shared a photo of Cordero and asked anyone with information about her whereabouts to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).
