Brooklyn Man Shot And Killed Inside Queensbridge Houses: Police
A 23-year-old Brooklyn man died overnight Tuesday after being shot in the abdomen and buttocks in Queensbridge Houses, police said.
LONG ISLAND CITY, QUEENS — A 23-year-old Brooklyn man died overnight Tuesday after being shot twice inside Queensbridge Houses, according to police.
Dahmel Miller was struck in the stomach and buttocks during a confrontation inside 40-12 Vernon Blvd., a building on the north side of the public housing complex.
Officers found Miller unconscious in the third-floor hallway about 9:30 p.m., police said in a news release.

EMS rushed Miller, a resident of Atlantic Terminal Houses in Fort Greene, to NewYork-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center, where he died shortly after.
Police have not made any arrests in connection with his shooting.
