Missing Astoria Man Is Found, Police Say

A 70-year-old Astoria man who went missing this week has been found, police said.

Panagiotis Mouhlizis​, 70, was last seen shortly after 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, walking northbound on Crescent Street near Ditmars Boulevard, police said.

ASTORIA, QUEENS — An elderly Astoria man has been reported missing after last being seen walking through the neighborhood, according to police.

Panagiotis Mouhlizis, 70, was last seen shortly after 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, walking northbound on Crescent Street near Ditmars Boulevard, police said.

Mouhlizis lives in Astoria just south of Ditmars Boulevard, according to authorities.

He is described as about 5 feet 6 inches tall and 170 pounds, last seen wearing a purple and black jacket, blue sweatpants and gray sneakers.
