Man Gropes Woman In Long Island City Subway Station, Police Say
A 47-year-old woman was walking up the stairs of the 21 Street subway station when a man grabbed her, police said.

LONG ISLAND CITY, QUEENS — Police are searching for a man who they say groped a woman in a Long Island City subway station last month.
Around 8:30 a.m. on Friday, July 30 — amid rush hour commute traffic — a man walked up to a 47-year-old woman on a stairway in the 21st Street subway station and grabbed her rear end, police reported.
He then ran away in an unknown direction, NYPD officials said.

The woman who was groped wasn't injured by the assault, according to police officials.
On Thursday, police released a security camera photo of the man from the subway station.
