Queensbridge Robbers Target Delivery Workers, Police Say
Police are looking for two people accused of robbing food-delivery workers in back-to-back days at the Long Island City housing complex.

LONG ISLAND CITY, QUEENS — Two people targeted food-delivery workers in a pair of robberies at the NYCHA Queensbridge Houses complex, according to police, who released photos of the two suspects this week.
The robberies, on July 3 and 4, happened in adjacent buildings at the housing complex, according to police.
In the first case, a 37-year-old worker was approached by the two people around 2:40 p.m. One of the suspects took a knife and grabbed the food, $90 in cash, and a cell phone, police said.

The next day, around 7 p.m., the same duo approached a 42-year-old deliveryman, flashed a blunt object, and took food, $55 in cash and a cell phone, police said.
