Teen Arrested 4 Months After Fatal Shooting At Astoria Houses: NYPD

A 17-year-old boy was arrested over the weekend after a man was found fatally shot at Astoria Houses in March, police said.

The teen faces murder and weapon charges after authorities found a 36-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the abdomen in front of 2-06 Astoria Boulevard on March 27 about 5:30 p.m., according to the NYPD.

ASTORIA, QUEENS — A 17-year-old boy was arrested over the weekend after a man was found fatally shot at Astoria Houses in March, police said.

The teen faces murder and weapon charges after authorities found a 36-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the abdomen in front of 2-06 Astoria Boulevard on March 27 about 5:30 p.m., according to the NYPD.

The 36-year-old was taken to Elmhurst General Hospital where he was pronounced dead, the cops said.
