Elderly Astoria Woman Missing In Dangerously Cold Weather: Cops
Oniasabi Jackson, 75, was last seen leaving the public housing complex on Thursday, police said.

ASTORIA, NY — Police are searching for a woman who disappeared from the Astoria Houses last week, days before dangerously cold weather hit New York City.
Oniasabi Jackson, 75, was last seen leaving her home on Astoria Boulevard near First Street at 3 a.m. on Thursday, the NYPD said. The building where she lives is part of the public housing complex along the East River.
Jackson weighs 140 pounds, stands 5-foot 8-inches tall with a slim build and has short gray hair and brown eyes, police said. She was last seen wearing black pants, a black jacket and black shoes, according to the NYPD.
