The following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.
- Jose Morales from North Babylon was arrested in Babylon Village for Criminal Possession of Narcotic Drugs in the Fourth Degree on November 21.
- Scott Gallub from North Babylon was arrested in Babylon Village for Criminal Possession of Narcotic Drugs in the Fourth Degree on November 21.
- Roksana Morawska from West Babylon was arrested in Babylon Village for Driving While Intoxicated – First Offense on November 24.
- Thomas Karn Jr from West Babylon was arrested in Babylon Village for Driving While Intoxicated – First Offense on November 24.
- Joseph Rodriguez from Babylon Village was arrested in Babylon Village for Driving While Intoxicated – First Offense on November 30.
