Baked With Grace 'Cookie Pie' Shop Opens Saturday In Babylon
A 21-year-old baker is opening a cookie shop on Main Street in Babylon Village, a business inspired by a pandemic hobby.

BABYLON, NY— Babylon Village is getting yet another tasty dessert shop. This time, it's a young baker selling "cookie pies" at a new storefront called Baked With Grace.
The shop is planning a grand opening Saturday at 65 Deer Park Ave. The store will open at noon, and serve "warm cookie pies with special toppings and ice cream" until 8 p.m. according to the business Instagram account.
The cookie pies come in flavors like key lime pie, s'mores, birthday cake, cinnamon roll and peanut butter cup.

Owner Grace Reilly is only 21 years old and she told Greater Babylon that the business concept came out of extra free time during the pandemic and fun with cookie dough she invented while babysitting.
The first 25 customers on Saturday and Sunday will get a free cookie pie.
