BABYLON, NY —Babylon Village and Suffolk County want to know what residents think about the walkability of the village's downtown. This Wednesday at 6 p.m., the public is invited to meet at Village Hall and walk together, offering feedback about pedestrian conditions on main roads and intersections.

"Improving walkability will help Babylon Village maintain its high quality of life. It goes far beyond building or widening sidewalks but rather relates to all transportation modes and, therefore, includes improvements to the cycling infrastructure and network, public transit and car use," the Village of Babylon posted.

Registration for the event is here.
