Italian Food Festival Comes To Babylon Town Hall

The event will feature food and music honoring Babylon's rich Italian heritage.

BABYLON, NY— A food festival is coming to Babylon Town Hall this weekend.

The first-ever Italian Food Festival will go off at Town Hall on Saturday, May 11, from noon to 5 p.m.

According to the town, the celebration aims to bring together food lovers and families for an afternoon filled with "delicious cuisine, captivating live music, and a dive into the rich Italian heritage of Babylon Town past and present."

The festival offers the community the chance to indulge in authentic Italian dishes as local food vendors showcase their best offerings. It'll also feature live performances from local bands and DJs while the Lafamiglia Cadillac Club will show off some of their classic cars.

In the Town Board Room, guests can immerse themselves in the history of Italian immigrants in the Town of Babylon and learn about their contributions to the community.

While admission to the festival is free, guests are encouraged to bring pasta and sauce to donate.

In case the parking at Town Hall gets full, additional parking and a shuttle bus service will be available at Lindenhurst Train Station.
