Meet the Babylon Students Selected for Prestigious 2025 Music Festivals
Six Babylon Junior-Senior High School students earned All-County honors after standout NYSSMA evaluations, district officials said.

BABYLON, NY — Six Babylon Junior-Senior High School musicians have been selected to perform at top county music festivals this month, school officials said. The students earned their spots based on standout NYSSMA spring 2025 evaluations.
Five students were chosen for the New York State Council of Administrators of Music Education (NYSCAME) All-County Festival:
- Isabella Cannetti
- Madison DeSena
- Allie Manetta
- Erin O’Connell
- Katherine Orifici
Another student, Lena Chaberek, was selected to perform with the Suffolk County Music Educators Association (SCMEA) All-County Jazz Ensemble, placing her among the top jazz musicians in the county.
