A West Babylon teen escaped an attempted kidnapping as she walked home from school on Thursday afternoon, Suffolk County police told Patch.
WEST BABYLON, NY — A West Babylon teen escaped an attempted kidnapping as she walked home from school on Thursday afternoon, Suffolk County police told Patch.
The teenage girl, a student at West Babylon High School, was walking northbound on Arnold Avenue around 2:20 p.m. when an unknown male approached her, police said.
The teen ran to a friend's house nearby where she called the police.
