W. Babylon Student Signs On With Rider University

Senior High School student will play tennis at the college level this fall.

The West Babylon Union Free School District would like to congratulate senior athlete Kerrin Toner on signing a letter of intent to play tennis at the collegiate level.

Surrounded by her proud parents Catherine and James, coach Caitlin LaRocca, Director of Athletics Anthony Spinelli and Assistant Principal Stephen O’Leary, Kerrin signed the letter indicating that she will attend Rider University in Lawrenceville, N.J.

“It is going to be difficult to leave my family and friends in West Babylon,” Kerrin said. “It helps to know that the Rider team is like a family, so I will still have that feeling of camaraderie that I have experienced over the years here.”
