Great South Bay Brewery Set To Open New Cocktail Bar, Magnolias, With Curated Menu

BAY SHORE, NY — The Great South Bay Brewery is set to expand next week: On Tuesday, Magnolias, a new cocktail bar and lounge, will open right in the heart of Bay Shore.

"Magnolias is designed to bring a true New York City cocktail bar experience to Long Island. Guests can expect a carefully curated cocktail menu, a polished lounge atmosphere, and elevated small plates — all with the same welcoming spirit that Great South Bay Brewery is known for," owners said. "As a long-standing member of the Bay Shore community, we’re thrilled to expand beyond beer and introduce a destination that blends city style with neighborhood charm."

Magnolias will be located at 52 E. Main Street in Bay Shore, the former King’s Chophouse space.

To start, Magnolias will be open six days a week, closed Mondays.

Magnolias is New York City–inspired cocktail bar "built around timeless martinis, an eclectic small plates menu, and a raw bar," owners said.

General Manager Joey LaRocca added: "The martini is timeless, and at Magnolias, we’re making it the star. But more than that, we want every guest to feel like a regular from the moment they walk in.
