Motorcyclist Seriously Injured In Bay Shore Crash: PD

The motorcyclist was transported via ambulance to South Shore University Hospital in Bay Shore for treatment of serious physic, police said.

BAY SHORE, NY — A motorcyclist was seriously injured in Bay Shore Saturday morning, Suffolk police said.

Elva Molina, 38, of Brentwood, was driving a 2006 Chrysler minivan out of a parking lot at 1464 5th Avenue when she attempted to turn into the northbound lanes of 5th Avenue and collided with a 2021 Suzuki motorcycle around 11:30 a.m., police said.

the motorcycle's driver, Anthony Dees, 32, of Central Islip, was transported via ambulance to South Shore University Hospital in Bay Shore for treatment of serious physical injuries, police said.

According to police, Molina was not injured.

Detectives are asking anyone with information on the crash to contact the Third Squad at 631-854-8352.
