Suffolk Bank Robbed Thursday Morning: Police
Police are searching for the culprit who demanded cash and threatened violence, authorities say.
BAY SHORE, NY — A man robbed a Bay Shore bank Thursday morning, police said.
According to Suffolk County police, the incident took place at the TD Bank on Montauk Highway at 9:45 a.m.
A man entered the bank, verbally demanded cash, and threatened violence, police said. The teller complied, and the suspect fled on foot with cash, police said.

The robber was described as Black with a thin build; he was wearing a hooded sweatshirt and dark
sweatpants, police said.
Detectives are asking anyone with information on the robbery to call the major case unit at 631-852-6555 or anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.
