BRIGHTWATERS, NY — A Long Island teen has been missing since May, the Suffolk County Police Department announced Monday.

Michelle Salavec, 17, was reported missing on May 19 after she left her Brightwaters home on Manatuck Boulevard on May 18, police said.

Police did not share information about her height, weight or hair and eye color.
