A Long Island teen has been missing since mid-April, Suffolk County Police Department announced Monday.

BAY SHORE, NY — A 17-year-old Bay Shore teen has been missing since mid-April, the Suffolk County Police Department announced Monday.

Danielle Dean was reported missing after she left her home on E. Oakdale Street on April 14, police said.

Police said she has brown eyes, brown hair, weighs about 120 pounds, and is 5'6".
