The event is returning for the first time after the pandemic, putting a pause to the event that used to bring thousands of people for food and fireworks.

Guests are encouraged to bring their own blankets and lawn chairs, and attendees must enter the park by 8:30 p.m. Alcohol is not permitted at the event, and all bags, coolers, and backpacks will be inspected by the NYPD.
