Bayside Dog Stolen From Front Yard Reunited With Family
Jessie, the chihuahua, was reunited with its owners after a Ring doorbell camera caught the thief stealing the dog.

BAYSIDE, QUEENS — A chihuahua stolen from a Bayside family's front yard was reunited with its owners Thursday, according to a local animal rescue service.
Jessie, the chihuahua, was found roaming a few blocks from his home on 41st Road and 222nd Street one day after he was leashed by a stranger and led away, according to Missing Angels - Long Island announced on its Facebook page.
The chihuahua caper was caught on a Ring doorbell camera that showed a person exiting their SUV and leaving with the pet, said the group.

The owners filed said they filed a police report to catch the thief who stole their 7-year-old chihuahua in front of their home at 41st Road and 222nd Street.
"It's a really really despicable act, what they did," owner Louis D'Alto told ABC.
