Bayside Summer Concert Series Brings Free Events To Parks

BAYSIDE, QUEENS — Three concerts are slated to take place at different parks in Bayside this summer.

Raymond O'Connor Park, on Corporal Kennedy Street and 210 Street, will host the first concert of the summer series organized by the Northwest Bayside Civic Association. The Guilty Pleasures will perform starting at 6:30 p.m. on July 8.

The Acchords will then perform at Bayside Fields, located on 29th Avenue and 206th Street, on July 29 at 6:30 p.m.

On Aug. 12, The Nice Guys will take the stage at Bayside Fields starting at 6:30 p.m.

The concert series joins a handful of other free activities happening in Bayside this summer, including two free Shakespeare in the Park performances in Crocheron Park.
