Cop Arrested In Queens After Threatening Wife With Gun: Report
An off-duty NYPD officer was arrested early Friday after his wife reported he'd threatened her while brandishing a gun, a news report says.

QUEENS, NY — An off-duty NYPD officer was arrested in eastern Queens early Friday after his wife reported he'd threatened her while brandishing a gun, according to a news report.
Sazal Roy, 30, faces a charge of menacing after his wife reported the March 1 incident this week, the New York Daily News reported.
He was arrested just after 2 a.m. Friday in the NYPD's 105th Precinct, which covers the stripe of easternmost Queens from Glen Oaks down to Rosedale, according to police.

Roy joined the NYPD in 2016 and worked in a transit division in Brooklyn, the Daily News reported. The department suspended him without pay following his arrest.
