Elderly Man Disappears From Bayside Home Mid-Day, Police Say
A 72-year-old Bayside resident went missing in the middle of the day on Sunday. As of early Monday morning he is still missing, cops said.

BAYSIDE, QUEENS — Police are searching for an elderly man who they say went missing from his home in the middle of the day on Sunday.
Robert Lamacchia, 72, was last seen around 12:30 p.m. Sunday July 25 at his home located at 34-33 Jordan Street in Bayside, said the NYPD.
Lamacchia was still missing as of early on Monday morning, police reported.

He was described by the NYPD as 5-feet, 6-inches tall and 220 pounds. He was last seen wearing a grey shirt, blue jeans, and eyeglasses.
