Golf Classic, Agatha Christie Play and Reptile Talk Highlight Week in NE Queens

Tuesday
The Douglaston Little Neck Library, located at 249-01 Northern Blvd. in Little Neck, is hosting a performance by Sean and Phyllis Lind, who will sing popular Russian, French, Italian, Irish, Haitian, Spanish and Yiddish songs. The concert will start at 3 p.m.
Wednesday
There will be a Sukkot service and dinner at 7 p.m. at the Oakland Little Neck Jewish Center, located at 49-10 Little Neck Parkway. To make a reservation, call 718-224-0404.
The Queens County Bird Club will hold a discussion of reptile ecology at Douglaston’s Alley Pond Environmental Center, located at 228-06 Northern Blvd., at 8 p.m. The event will cover declining reptile and amphibian populations as ecological issues affecting habitats, migration and nesting behavior as well as predation, genetics and diseases.
Thursday
The Bayside Business Association will host its annual golf classic. A portion of the proceeds will go toward the Bayside Kiwanis. For more information, call 718-229-2277.
Friday
The Colonial Church of Bayside, located at 54-02 217th St., is holding a performance of Agatha Christie's "A Murder is Announced" at 8 p.m.
