Halloran to Host Blood Drive on Sept. 5

Councilman Dan Halloran’s office will host a blood drive on Sept. 5 at the Long Island Rail Road station.

The drive, which will run from 3 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., will take place on Bell Boulevard at the LIRR station’s overpass.

Those who make an online appointment will be eligible to receive a $25 American Express gift card that has been provided by the Bayside Village Business Improvement District.

All donors will be eligible for a pair of Mets-Giants tickets that have been provided by Bayside Live TV.
