SEE IT: New Video Shows Gunman Firing Shots Outside Lavoo Cafe
The NYPD released footage Monday of a gunman who opened fire outside Lavoo Cafe in a bloody brawl in February and is still at large.
OAKLAND GARDENS, QUEENS — A man who opened fire outside Lavoo Cafe during a bloody brawl in February is still at large, according to the police.
Newly-released surveillance video shows the gunman firing shots in the street outside the Union Turnpike nightlife spot, hitting one victim in the crotch and landing him in the hospital.
Two people were shot and another three were slashed during the fight, which unfolded about 2 a.m. on Leap Day, police said.

The brawl, which capped a series of violent incidents at the lounge, prompted local officials and residents to call on the state to revoke Lavoo's liquor license.
Lavoo Cafe was the site of at least two other slashings since December, according to NYPD Capt. John Portalatin, who leads 111th precinct in Bayside.

William Crowley, a spokesperon for the State Liquor Authority, said the agency opened an investigation into Lavoo immediately after the brawl. Its liquor license is due to expire at the end of April, according to the agency's records.
