Thursday: Speed Dating at Bourbon Street, Weprin's Job Fair
Dating event is for women between the ages of 38-49 years and men, ages 40-52 years.
Bourbon Street is hosting a speed dating event today for women, ages 38 to 49 years, and men, ages 40 to 52 years, at 8 p.m.
Reservations must be made in advance. The $38 admission fee includes speed dating, appetizers and a drink. Bourbon Street is located at 40-12 Bell Blvd. in Bayside.
State Assemblyman David Weprin, D-Little Neck, is hosting a community job fair from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. that will include 72 businesses.
The fair will be held at Tolentine Hall, located 150-75 Goethals Ave. in Jamaica. The parking lot is accessible via Union Turnpike.
