Where To Buy A Christmas Tree In Bayside This Year: MAP

BAYSIDE, QUEENS — Wooden sheds and pine trees have lined New York City's sidewalks since the day after Thanksgiving; a tell-tale sign that Christmas is approaching.

But, since there's no official map showing where neighborhood Christmas-tree stands are located, Patch asked readers to help us make one by letting us know of any in their neighborhood.

We compiled all of the responses into an interactive map, which shows the perfect place in your neighborhood to find a Douglas Fir or Scotch Pine (we can't help with lugging it down the street or up your stairs, though).

In Bayside (and Douglaston), tree stands are open this year on Francis Lewis Boulevard and 47th Avenue, Northern Boulevard and Douglaston Parkway, Northern Boulevard and 244th Street, and more. Click through the map below to find one near you:
