14-Year-Old Shot On Fulton Street In Brooklyn, Cops Say
The teenager was walking near Utica Avenue on Monday when he was shot in the ankle, according to police.

BED-STUY, BROOKLYN — A 14-year-old was shot in the ankle in broad daylight while walking near Fulton Street on Monday, according to police.
The teenage boy was walking at the corner of Fulton Street and Utica Avenue just before 3 p.m. when he felt pain to his left ankle and realized he had been shot, according to police.
He was taken to Maimonides Hospital in stable condition, police said.

Police have released photos of two suspects in the shooting, who they believe to be between 16 to 18 years of age.

An earlier version of this story included a screenshot from surveillance footage provided by police of two suspects. Police have since said the two suspects from the video are no longer being sought in connection to the shooting.
