5 Things You Should Know This Week
This week is the income tax deadline, Bob Seger and Bed-Stuy Patch gets a fresh new look!

1. Monday, April 15, is the deadline for filing annual income taxes with the Internal Revenue Service. Nearly 97-million people have submitted their taxes so far. If you're not ready to file and you owe money, you'll need to pay at least 90-percent of the total amount due when applying for an extension. Otherwise, late fees will be included when you pay in full.
2. Bob Seger & The Silver Bullet Band have added a series of new dates to their Rock And Roll Never Forgets 2013 Tour. The tour now includes an April 16th performance at Barclays Center with special guest Joe Walsh. Tickets for the April 16 show in Brooklyn are on sale now and can be purchased via Ticketmaster by visiting www.barclayscenter.com or www.ticketmaster.com, or by calling 800-745-3000.

4. On Thursday, April 18, from 8:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m., at Restoration Plaza, The City of New York and Community Board 3 will host a community banking seminar for small business owners. Meet with bankers and financial experts to get first-hand information on commercial financing. Meet with bank! Expert panelists include Assemblywoman Annette Robinson, as well as representatives from Carver Federal Savings Bank, CAMBA, Citibank, Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce and other organizations!
